USEFUL INFORMATION:

NOT SPICY: Pad Thai is not a spicy dish, chilli flakes are provided if you like it spicy.

NO SPRING ONIONS: There are no spring onions in authentic Pad Thai. Chives leaf is used which is different and has a milder flavour.

RICE NOODLES: The noodles are made of rice and water; it is gluten-free.

THE SAUCE: We make our own Pad Thai sauce. This is what makes our Pad Thai unique and so delicious.

NO FISH SAUCE: There is no fish sauce in our Pad Thai sauce or dish.
